Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Your satisfaction is our top priority, just like crafting premium footwear for serious athletes.

Important Note:

For health and safety reasons, Casual Sandals marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged once worn. All other footwear categories (Athletic Sneakers, Baseball Cleats, Basketball Shoes, Running Shoes, and Soccer Cleats) are eligible for returns when meeting our policy requirements.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for repackaging
  • Return shipping address (for standard returns)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in the original box with all tags attached. Affix the provided label (or ship to the address provided for standard returns) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the process is complete.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For size exchanges:

  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we process the return
  4. No additional shipping charges for exchanges (continental US only)

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Ship using a trackable method with customs declared as “Returned Goods”
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and any import duties

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective performance footwear:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement

Performance Guarantee: We rigorously test all athletic sneakers and cleats before shipping. If you experience unusual wear or performance issues within 30 days of purchase, contact us for special consideration beyond our standard return window.
